II. Terms of Service
The company Menorca Lodges (hereinafter “the publisher”) publishes a showcase site www.menorca-lodges.com (hereinafter, the “site”).
These general conditions of use (hereinafter “CGU”), subject to French law, are intended to govern the use of the site.
Simple access to the publisher’s site, at the following URL address www.menorca-lodges.com, automatically implies express and unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs by the user of the site.
1. Intellectual property
1.1 Literary and artistic property
The Menorca Lodges company owns all intellectual property rights relating to the site.
Access to the site does not grant the user any right to the intellectual property rights relating to the site, which remain the exclusive property of Menorca Lodges. The following are notably protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property:
